The Ripoli Stromboli story

Hi, I’m Candice Ripoll, a Jersey girl who’s called New York home for the past 25 years. As a kid, I honed my stromboli skills at the knees of my mom and grandmother. They taught me that (like anything) you get out of it what you put into it. So we put the best stuff into our stromboli.

The look may vary, but the flavor will not. Each Ripoli Stromboli is homemade to order. That means size and shape may differ. Hand-picked ingredients and hand-rolled yumminess mean each one is special.

You can simply order online and then pick up your stromboli on Mondays and Tuesdays.

From the meats and cheeses to the dough, we source our ingredients from Arthur Avenue in the Bronx — New York’s “real Little Italy.” The result? A crisp crust baked to a perfect golden brown with concentric swirls of meltingly delicious goodness tucked inside.
